There was a good variety of dishes from their lunch menu and everything made me drool.
Duck Confit with
calaspara rice, pinenuts, dill & currant pilaf, wild roquette, beetroot & duck jus
This dish was delightful! The subtle sweetness of the rice went extremely well with the saltiness of the duck. No complains here!
Seared Scallops with
parsnip puree, saffron creme, chorizo migas, cucumber & fennel salad
The scallops were plump, moist and perfectly cooked. The saffron creme wasn't overpowering the dish and the parsnip purely added a lovely creamy texture to every bite. Highly recommended!
Raspberry Macaron and Saffron & Vanilla Macaron
One of the best macarons you can find here in Melbourne!! It was creamy in the centre, slightly chewy and light with a tiny crunch on the outside.
My wish? That everyone around the area could drop by and enjoy their amazing food.
